RIBES OLI begins a new stage as a limited liability company

In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Royal Decree-Law 5/2023 of 28 June, it is hereby made public that the Universal General Meeting of the Agricultural Transformation Company “RIBES OLI, S.A.T.”, held on 11 June 2026, unanimously approved the transformation of the company into a limited liability company, adopting henceforth the name “RIBES OLI, S.L.”.

It is expressly stated that the shareholders and creditors of the company have the right to obtain the full text of the resolutions adopted and the balance sheet submitted, in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Royal Decree-Law 5/2023 of 28 June.
